As part of our owner’s rep activities, Abacus CPM Inc. worked with MEDA and SFCLT on the “Small Sites Program,” an initiative by the Mayor’s Office of Housing. This program supports local nonprofits with acquisition and preservation loans to stabilize at-risk communities by converting rent-controlled properties into permanently affordable housing. 
Abacus drafted specific scopes of work, recommended and engage architects and engineers, bid out projects with GCs, and supervised and controlled contract payments in our role as the owner’s representative.
